As wedding planners, we are your professional organizers who will guide you through the entire wedding planning process. We will help you choose the perfect venue, book great service providers like photographers and caterers, create a schedule and much more.

We are your savior from wedding stress! With our experience and contacts, we can save you time and effort, negotiate the best deals and ensure that your big day runs smoothly so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. As experts, we think of every little detail.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE YOU AS A PLANNER?
Our prices vary depending on your needs and your budget. We offer various packages that we can adapt to your individual requirements. As a guide price, you can expect to pay around 10% of your budget for a wedding planner. In Switzerland, this corresponds to an average of between CHF 4,000 and 6,000, depending on the service required.
PLANNING EMERGENCY! CAN I GET YOU ON BOARD AT SHORT NOTICE?
Of course! Are you losing track or is it all just too much for you? Don't worry, you can also get us to help you during the planning phase and we will help you with the partial planning. In this case, we will charge you based on the hourly work involved.
WHEN SHOULD I HIRE YOU AS A PLANNER?
The sooner the better! As soon as you have your wedding date, we should talk so that we have enough time to plan everything perfectly and secure the best service providers. Many wedding service providers in Switzerland are already fully booked over a year in advance.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PLANNER AND A COORDINATOR?
A wedding planner is your all-in-one companion from start to finish, while a wedding coordinator comes in later in the process to make sure the wedding day runs smoothly. We offer both services.
WHAT IF THE WEDDING PLANNER GETS SICK?
If the Wedding Planner is unable to provide the agreed services on the date of the event for any reason whatsoever, the Wedding Planner will attempt to provide a substitute with equal or similar experience. The selection of the substitute will be at the sole discretion of the Wedding Planner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COOPERATION IS NOT SATISFACTORY?
If the cooperation is not satisfactory for any reason, it is important to know that both parties are entitled to immediately withdraw from the contract at any time for important reasons, as set out in our contract. Such withdrawal must be declared in writing. Important reasons can be breach of trust, late payment or the employment of competing suppliers.
